Led by Katherine Karayianis, Founder of KDHD Coaching

I’m a Certified ADHD Life Coach with a background in psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-based education practices. I specialize in helping students with ADHD build practical systems that support academic success, confidence, and independence.

As someone who works closely with high school and college students, I know how overwhelming the transition to college can feel, especially for students who are used to relying on structure, reminders, or last-minute stress to get things done.

This program is designed to help students enter college with strategies, support, and a better understanding of how to work with their brains instead of against them.

TESTIMONIALS

Client Successes

Coach Katie has been such an amazing resource and I look forward to our sessions every week. She’s helped me so much manage and organize my life at college. She’s also taught me so many techniques to not feel overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious about situations! It’s been amazing having her help me throughout the semester!

I like how Katie relates to me and actually tries to understand the problem instead of just trying to solve it. She really helps me work through everything and makes me feel heard, supported, and understood.

Katie provides incredible support for ADHD. She can relate to my son's struggles and he feels heard and supported. We are so grateful to have found her.

My 19 year old daughter did a three month coaching program with Katie. Prior to coaching, my daughter was never on time or organized and lived a very impulsive life. We tried lots of traditional therapy and medication but generally had a chaotic teenage experience. We did not see results right away. Lots of the advice Katie gave was similar to what I had been trying to tell my daughter. The difference is that Katie was able to connect, ask questions, and provide suggestions that were thought provoking to my daughter. I could text Katie and share my perspectives, which Katie would then use to guide the conversation. Katie also gave me lots of great parenting advice including telling me to let go, which was very much needed. At the end of the term, my daughter got a full time job that she loves and she wakes up on her own and manages her entire schedule. Having success after so much struggling makes me feel so happy for my daughter and I’m hopeful for her future. We are very lucky to have Katie as a trusted advisor.

Ms. Katie has been instrumental in coaching both our children towards improving in both their personal lives and when they are in school. She has been a great help for us as parents, to navigate through topics and scenarios... many of which we had no previous experience. This journey to provide support our children with what we need could not have happened without Ms. Katie in our corner.

I have been coaching with Katie for a few month now.  I really value her compassion and empathy. She has helped me realize things about myself that I didn't know, and I am currently seeing huge growth in my life. I would recommend Katie as a coach, has has an incredible way of helping you see potential and partners with you to get there. Thank you Katie.
